The Project of the Equipment Renewal Project of Water Safety Supervision Information System Project PhaseⅠ(short for PERP) has passed the acceptance in Beijing on January 31st, 2008. HMC was assigned by the People’s Republic of China Maritime Safety Administration to undertake the construction and integration tasks in the project.

In order to implement this project smoothly, HMC set up PERP project team under the leadership of China Maritime Safety Administration in April, 2007. The Maritime Safety Administration and its 12 sub-administrations or 13 nodes in total were involved in this project. In spite of the limited time and large scope, HMC fixed the subcontractors and the suppliers in short time. With the joint effort of the subcontractors and the suppliers, HMC made well-prepared plans and three teams carried out the implementation on site at the same time. The work for the Maritime Safety Administration of 12 sub-administrations has been done in early September and the test operation was finished by December 1st, 2007.

The leaders, experts and representatives from China MSA have made very positive comments on organizing, and gave a high appraisal for this project.
