As one of the key companies specialized in the crew manning industry, HMC is among the first batch of companies that have achieved the DNV manning certificate. With building of friendly and close corporate relationships with dozens of the world top ship-owners, the crew manning business has been keeping double-digit increase these years.

With HMC Overseas Labor Division (OLD) headquartered in Beijing at the core, the crew manning business has stepped into a development phrase of plate, specialization and scale operation.
