On the morning of November 2, Huayang Maritime Center signed a cooperation agreement and a letter of intent for strategic cooperation with Beijing Shouhai International Economic and Technology Consultation Service Co., Ltd. (Beijing Shouhai), and Beijing Shourong Forwarding Service Co., Ltd. (Beijing Shourong) in the CSGI (China Shougang International Trade & Engineering Corporation) Building.

 Zhang Baochen, general manager of Huayang Maritime Center, Li Liqian, vice general manager of Huayang Maritime Center, Lyu Shidong, general manager of Manning Business Division of Huayang Maritime Center. Zhou Qin, assistant general manager of CSGI, Chairman of Beijing Shouhai and Beijing Shourong along with the leaders and some staff representatives of Beijing Shouhai and Beijing Shourong attended the signing ceremony.

 At the signing ceremony, Ms. Zhou Qin and Mr. Zhang Baochen made speeches respectively, and the staff representatives of Shouhai Company made their speeches. The two sides will jointly explore new platforms for cooperation and development, strengthen strategic cooperation, complement each other's strengths and promote new development in a win-win situation.
