At 9:58 on October 18, 2021, Hainan Huayang Maritime Technology Co.,Ltd was officially inaugurated. Liu Shubin, Party Secretary, Zhu Jianhua, Vice President, China Waterborne Transport Research Institute, and Wu Hui, Director General, Wu Pingsheng,  Deputy Director General, Hainan Maritime Safety Administration led representatives of both parties to witness the opening ceremony. Li Liqian, General Manager, Huayang Maritime Center, and Zhao Zhongyang, General Manager, Haikou Xinhaina Port and Shipping Technology Co., Ltd. jointly unveiled the plaque of Hainan Huayang Maritime Technology Co., Ltd.. 

Hainan Huayang Maritime Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Huayang Maritime Center and Haikou Xinhaina Port and Shipping Technology Co., Ltd.. Huayang has been working in the shipping industry for more than 20 years and has good resources and brand advantages. The cooperation between Huayang and Haikou Xinhaina to establish a new company in Hainan is a manifestation of the two parties’ active participation in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. It is also an important strategic layout for Huayang to improve its network layout, expand innovative markets, and tap potential businesses.

 After the establishment of the company, relying on Hainan Huayang and grasping the opportunity of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages, accelerate the development of platform, technology and internationalization, and play an active role in the development of the local shipping service industry based on the expansion of maritime technical services and other businesses.
