On July 1, the first Hainan Yacht High-Quality Development Forum was held in Haikou, Hainan. Yan Xinping, academician from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhang Xiangguo, Deputy Secretary General of the People's Government of Hainan Province, Li Zhiqiang, Deputy Director General of the Department of Transport of Hainan Province, E Hailiang, Deputy Director General of Hainan MSA, Sun Bo, executive vice-mayor of Haikou Municipal People's Government, and Zhu Jianhua, Vice President of China Waterborne Transport Research Institute, attended the forum.

         The forum has been jointly sponsored by the Department of Transport of Hainan Province, Hainan MSA, China Waterborne Transport Research Institute, and CCS Hainan Branch, and has received strong support from government departments and enterprises such as the Finance and Economics (Budget) Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Hainan Province, the Haikou Municipal People's Government, and Hainan Regional Headquarters of the China Railway. It has been organized by Huayang Maritime Center Co., Ltd. People from relevant government departments, colleges and universities, industry associations and enterprises participated in the forum offline and online.

Holding high the banner of the CPC Central Committee to promote the reform and opening up of Hainan in the new era and being under the guidance of the policy, the forum focused on the high-quality development of the yacht industry in Hainan, has conducted in-depth dialogue and full exchanges to gathering consensus and strength for the development of the yacht industry in Hainan. In the speech section of the forum, centering on the theme of high-quality development of Hainan yacht industry, guests from government regulators and services speak glowingly the high-quality development of Hainan yacht industry from policy interpretation, maritime administration, port joint inspection, digital technology, industrial chain development and other aspects; Excellent industry enterprises positively offered suggestions and contribute to the development of Hainan yacht industry. 

         At the forum, Huayang Maritime Center Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperation agreements with Haikou Tourism and Culture Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. and with several yacht enterprises, laying a foundation for mutual development and benefit in the next step.
