Training

By using self-developed crew information management system, Huayang provides each seafarer with complete and convenient service on certificate handling, social benefit issuing, etc. Ever since the entry as a cadet, each seafarer will receive at least one-month orientation training to shift from a maritime graduate to a qualified seafarer. During every growth and promotion period, Huayang will initiatively offer each seafarer tailored career consultation and guidance in order to help him/her become an excellent seafarer.
